IOWA CITY — Drew Stevens did it again.
Iowa football , which trailed by 10 points in the fourth quarter, came surging back, scoring the game's final 13 points to post a 20-17 victory over Michigan Stat e on Nov. 22. The final three points were delivered by Stevens, who made a 44-yard field goal as time expired.
This was not a pretty win for the Hawkeyes. At all.
This was a Michigan State team that entered the contest having lost seven consecutive games. Before traveling to Kinnick Stadium, the Spartans were 0-7 in the Big Ten, with six of those seven losses coming by double-digits.
