NEW ORLEANS — A shooting Saturday night left one man dead and another injured near the Tulane-Gravier neighborhood, according to the New Orleans Police Department.

NOPD said the shooting happened around 9:20 p.m. in the 500 block of South Miro Street. Officers said two victims were found and transported to a hospital by EMS.

Around 11:43 p.m. police said one of the victims died from their injuries.
