ST. LOUIS, Mo. (First Alert 4) - Winterfest kicked off in downtown St. Louis on Saturday. This is the 10th year the Gateway Arch Park Foundation has hosted the holiday event that transforms Keiner Plaza into a winter wonderland.
Camille Brooks, with the park foundation, helps manage the event. She says, “We have everything you could want to do down here, including s’mores stations, ice skating, family-friendly movie nights, there’s something for everybody.”
The newest addition to the annual celebration includes an indoor lodge to allow people to come out even on the colder nights.
“Everything in the Greater St. Louis Inc. lodge is free and community accessible, the photos with Santa, the movie nights, the Carol-oke, it’s all free,” shared Brooks.
