Four people managed to safely escape a burning home in Youngstown's Oak Hill neighborhood.

The flames broke out at the home just before 3:30 AM Sunday, in the 600 block of Oak Hill Avenue.

Fire crews were able to get the flames under control. They were told there were pets inside, but crews have not been able to locate them at the time.

An investigator will be back on scene Sunday to look into the cause of the fire.
