DC Kupwara directs officers to focus on rehabilitation of drug victims by providing them self employment avenues

KUPWARA, NOVEMBER 22: Deputy Commissioner (DC) Kupwara, Shrikant Suse today chaired a meeting of the District Level Committee under Narco Coordination (NCORD) to review various measures put in place by different departments for curbing the drug abuse in the district.

SSP Kupwara, Syed Tahir Al Geelani; ADC Kupwara, Gulzar Ahmad Khan; ASP Handwara, ACR, SDM Lolab, AC Panchayats, CMO, MS District Hospital, were present in the meeting. Besides, Principals of GDCs and Tehsildars attended the meeting virtually.

The meeting held a threadbare discussion on the agenda points and the officers presented detailed reports on the work done as per their roles and responsibilities.
