The Jammu and Kashmir administration has issued a circular ordering widespread celebrations for Constitution Day, also known as Samvidhan Divas, on 26th of November. The day commemorates the adoption of the Constitution of India. Akashvani Correspondent reports, all Government offices, educational institutions, and public sector units across the Union Territory are directed to hold Preamble reading ceremonies at 11 AM alongside various activities to promote constitutional values.
