COLLEGE PARK, Md. — Sherrone Moore couldn’t wait to turn the page.
His Michigan football team had just routed Maryland, 45-20, on Saturday in its most complete game played in months, yet there was little time to celebrate.
“I might watch this game on the plane or on the bus,” the Wolverines’ head coach said. Typically Sundays are reserved for film review, but the week has suddenly been expedited with the biggest game of the year on deck.
Michigan, at 9-2 and playing some of its best football in recent weeks, will clash with No. 1 Ohio State next Saturday in Ann Arbor. Not only are bragging rights on the line in “The Game,” but a win for the Wolverines could catapult them into the College Football Playoff.
