Samajwadi Party National President Akhilesh Yadav, reiterating his demand to extend the Special Intensive Revision (SIR) by three months, alleged that the BLOs are not properly trained which would only lead to rejection of a majority of voters in the voters list.
“BLOs have not been properly trained for SIR. The Election Commission is claiming that all forms have been distributed,but in reality half the voters have not received them,” he said.

In a statement issued here on Sunday, Akhilesh Yadav accused the BJP government of conspiring against the public through this SIR.
“The Commission is conducting the SIR without any preparation. Samajwadi Party leaders and workers are assisting people with caution and vigilance during the SIR to ensure that all voters are registered,
