Mumbai: The International Film Festival of India witnessed the cast and crew of three amazing movies, Sikaar, Nilgiris: A Shared Wilderness, Mukkam Post Bombilwadi at a lively press conference. The crew behind the movie Sikaar honoured late Zubeen Garg and reflected on the singer’s journey.
During the session, Sikaar director Debangkar Borgohain recollected his memories of Zubeen and how he became a part of the movie. At the press conference, Debangkar stated that he had initially approached Zubeen for just the music. However, when he heard the plot, the musician was excited to act in the film. “He heard the story and said he wanted to act,” said the director. He then added that it was Zubeen’s last film.
