Chairperson of Jammu & Kashmir Waqf Board Dr Syed Darakhshan Andrabi participated as the Chief Guest in the Annual Function of the Spring Buds School Ompora Budgam on Sunday and encouraged the young achievers and performers in different academic pursuits and other extracurricular activities.
