The seizure, made from a house in Chhatarpur on November 20 under Operation “Crystal Fortress,” is among the largest recoveries of methamphetamine recorded in Delhi. Investigators said months of surveillance, intelligence inputs, and technical tracking led to the breakthrough against what they described as a well-organised cartel using Delhi as a hub for distribution within India and beyond.
