On Sunday, the Cleveland Cavaliers (11-6) host the LA Clippers (5-11) at Rocket Arena, and if you’re wondering how to catch the action live, you’ve come to the right place.
The Cavaliers defeated the Indiana Pacers 120-109 on Friday in the NBA Cup, improving to 3-2 on their current six-game homestand. The group led by as many as 22 points in the fourth quarter and held an advantage in rebounding (52-43) and points in the paint (50-46).
Donovan Mitchell produced 32 points and nine rebounds to lead the Cavaliers, Evan Mobley added 22 points and 12 rebounds and Darius Garland and De'Andre Hunter added 20 points apiece. Mitchell is tied for the second-most 30-point games in the NBA this season (9).
The Clippers are coming off a 131-116 victory over the Charlotte Hornets on Saturday behind a historic performance from James Harden. The former MVP dropped a franchise-record 55 points after connecting on 10 3-pointers for his 25th career 50-point game.
Harden is one of seven players to score at least 50 points in a game this season and joined Bob McAdoo as the only players in franchise history with multiple 50-point outings. He is the only player in history to hold single-game scoring records for two teams (Houston: 61 points).
The Clippers and Cavaliers are meeting for the first of two matchups. They split the season series in each of the past two years, though L.A. has taken 12 out of the previous 20 contests.
