Thanksgiving Edition
Leftovers: A little fat was trimmed, and a couple of toppings were added. But these rankings remain very similar to last week’s edition thanks to a lopsided schedule. Only two games were played pitting ranked opponents with the higher-positioned team winning both.
Oklahoma (9-2, 5-2 SEC) beat Missouri 17-6 , maintaining the Sooners’ status as the top two-loss squad in America. Yet teams above it either held serve or weren’t playing, setting Oklahoma’s ceiling this week at the No. 8 spot.
The same can’t be said for another two-loss team in Georgia Tech, which was climbing uphill throughout a 42-28
