The Patriots are down two offensive linemen in Cincinnati.

Rookie guard Jared Wilson suffered an ankle injury on the opening drive, and in the second quarter, veteran tackle Morgan Moses left with an illness, according to the team. Moses went straight to the locker room and was replaced by rookie tackle Marcus Bryant, while Ben Brown took Wilson’s place.

Prior to the Bengals game, New England had enjoyed outstanding health on the offensive line. The Patriots had deployed the same five starters for 11 of their first 12 games.

Things didn’t start well for New England on the scoreboard, either.

Though they were 7.5-point favorites on the road, Mike Vrabel’s team fell behind 10-0 following a Drake Maye pick-six and trailed by 10 points when Moses departed.
