MESA, Ariz. — The Mesa Police Department is looking for a missing 16-year-old girl.

Giovanna Mangione-Capilla was last seen on Nov. 21 just after 10 p.m. She was in the area of Signal Butte and Warner roads.

At the time she was last seen, Mangione-Capilla an oversized gray shirt and unknown color shorts.

Brown hair

Brown eyes, 5 feet tall

159 pounds
