Quarterback injuries and changes play a big factor in the Week 12 Fantasy football rankings. Justin Fields has been benched for Tyrod Taylor, while Aaron Rodgers (wrist) is out for Pittsburgh. Jaxson Dart (concussion) is out for the Giants, leading to a second straight start for Jameis Winston. Dillon Gabriel hasn't cleared concussion protocol for Cleveland, paving the way for Shedeur Sanders to make his first career start. Joe Burrow's return from a toe injury is at least one more week away as well, giving Joe Flacco his sixth-straight start. Outside of QBs, Josh Jacobs and Matthew Golden are out for Green Bay.
