UNION CITY, Tenn. (KFVS) - Authorities in Obion County, Tennessee are investigating a deadly shooting that happened overnight on Sunday.

According to the Union City Police Department, officers were outside the Volume Lounge at 202 Railroad Street on November 23 when they heard multiple gunshots coming from inside the building just after 12:30 a.m.

When the officers got inside, they found multiple people injured, and contacted paramedics to transport the victims to a local hospital.

One person, 23-year-old Omariyon Harper of Union City, died from his injuries.

According to the police department, a person of interest has been identified.

This investigation is ongoing.
