A vehicle and house were struck by shots fired in the middle of the night on Nov. 23 in Paris, according to Brant County OPP.

Investigators are asking people who live on Heming Street and surrounding side streets to check any video surveillance footage for signs of a dark-coloured sports utility vehicle in the area at around 3 a.m.

Police say unknown individuals in the SUV fired several rounds that hit both a residence and a vehicle parked in the driveway but say they believe it to be an isolated incident.
