LAS VEGAS — Myles Garrett now has the Browns single-season sack record. Again, for the third time.

Garrett matched his record of 16 sacks when he got to Las Vegas Raiders veteran Geno Smith with 45 seconds remaining in the second quarter of the Browns game in Las Vegas. He had previously set the mark in the 2021 season, and matched it in 2022. Buy Cleveland Browns tickets

Garrett came into the game leading the NFL with 15 sacks. The NFL record is 22.5 sacks, set by Pro Football Hall of Famer Michael Strahan in 2001 and the Pittsburgh Steelers' T.J. Watt in 2021. Garrett is on pace to record 25.5 sacks.

The Browns four-time All-Pro didn't just tie his own record with that sack. He also joined J.J. Watt and Reggie White to become just the third player with three seasons of at least 16
