AUSTINTOWN - Police have identified the suspect arrested in connection with a shooting at an Austintown bar over the weekend.

Lake Milton Police Chief Charles Vandyke confirmed with 21 News that 21-year-old Xavier Yochman was arrested in connection with a shooting at Chipper's Sports Bar in Austintown early Sunday morning.

Jail records show Yochman was arrested on charges of felonious assault, having weapons under disability, using weapons while intoxicated and illegal possession of a firearm on liquor permit premises.

The shooting injured one person, who suffered two gunshot wounds to the arm. The victim was taken to the hospital and was last reported to be in stable condition.
