Irsay-Gordon has been wearing a headset on the sideline during games for more than a decade, preparing for a role that she assumed when her father, Jim Irsay , died in May.
"I think it’s funny," Irsay-Gordon said in an interview on Fox59 . "I asked the guys, I don’t want to be a distraction. I started doing it 12 years ago back when no one noticed, but now that I’ve got a title, it’s become more of an attraction. I’m just doing my job, it’s an endless list of things to learn."
