Xavier Harper, 33, of North 18th Street in Fort Smith, was arrested Friday in connection with aggravated assault. Harper remained in the Sebastian County Adult Detention Center on Monday on $5,000 bond.

Reinerio Mendoza, 43, no address given, was arrested Monday in connection with sexual assault in the second degree involving a victim under age 14. Mendoza remained in the Sebastian County Adult Detention Center on Monday on $50,000 bond.

Tobias Releford, 26, of North 55th Place in Fort Smith, was arrested Saturday in connection with aggravated assault involving a firearm. Releford remained in the Sebastian County Adult Detention Center on Monday with no bond set.
