OMAHA, Neb. —
The 38-year-old man accused in a deadly Omaha shooting was denied bond during a court appearance Tuesday.
Robert Henry is charged with first-degree murder, use of a firearm to commit a felony, possession of a firearm by a prohibited person, and tampering with evidence in the death of 23-year-old Jordan Phillips.
Phillips was shot and killed near 39th Street and Ellison Avenue last week.
Keisha Neal is charged with accessory to a felony and a parole violation in connection to the shooting.
She was held on 10 percent of $500,000 bond.
