Several horses died in an early morning barn fire Tuesday in Plainville.
Fire crews were called to Janbark Farm on Warren Street at about 4 a.m., according to news reports .
Several horses were killed, but at least 15 survived, according to Boston 25 News.
Officials on the scene of the fire said that seven horses died in the fire, but it remained unclear if any people were injured, according to WCVB .
JanBark Farm is a full-service Morgan Horse facility, according to its social media .
The barn was deemed a total loss, and the cause of the fire remains under investigation, WCVB reported.
The Plainville Fire Department did not immediately return a request for comment.
