One of the best Pittsburgh Steelers of this century is once again on the cusp of having his career forever cemented in Canton, Ohio. On Tuesday, the Steelers announced that wide receiver Hines Ward was named one of the 26 semifinalists for the Pro Football Hall of Fame class of 2026.

This marks the tenth year in a row that Ward has been named a semifinalist for the Hall of Fame. The receiver spent all 14 years of his NFL career in Pittsburgh after being drafted 92nd overall in the 1998 NFL Draft.
