A major transformation at the Galleria in Edina is complete, with Sweet Paris Crêperie & Café and the new Arhaus showroom now open in the former Gabberts space.

The Sweet Paris café located directly across from Good Earth is the fast-casual chain's third Twin Cities location, joining the Mall of America and Woodbury cafés.

The restaurant, inspired by sidewalk cafés in Paris, focuses on crêpes and offers a variety of omelettes, soups, salads, paninis, espresso drinks and French Riviera-inspired cocktails.

At the Galleria, Sweet Paris opens daily at 8 a.m. and stays open until 9 p.m. Sunday through Thursday and until 10 p.m. Friday and Saturday.
