SHREVEPORT, La. (KSLA) - A Shreveport teen arrested for allegedly setting a fire that killed his two juvenile cousins has been no-true-billed by the Caddo Parish Grand Jury.
The 15-year-old was arrested Oct. 24 by officers with the Shreveport Police Department (SPD) in connection with two deaths that resulted from Oct. 12-13 fires at a house in the 3100 block of Milton Street in the Queensborough neighborhood.
