A man armed with several knives, a machete and an air pistol was reportedly spotted attempting to break into cars. Merseyside Police were called at around 9pm on Monday, November 24, following reports of a man walking around the Blundellsands Road West area of Crosby trying door handles on parked vehicles.
Officers quickly attended and located the suspect nearby. During a search, they recovered a number of suspected stolen items, including a mobile phone. He was also found carrying multiple bladed weapons, including small knives and a machete, along with snap bags of cannabis and an air pistol.
