Athletics projected to add former Angels utility player over the offseason

While there has not been much to write home about when it comes to the Athletics the last few years, this past season was different. There was a different product on the field, one of youngsters looking to make a name for themselves.

Rookies Jacob Wilson, Brent Rooker, and Nick Kurtz all played well-above expectations, with Kurtz recently taking home the AL Rookie of the Year Award.

Now, the attention turns toward the future, and the club could take the next step with a few good moves during the offseason. They could use another frontline starter and need an upgrade at either second or third base.
