NASHUA, N.H. —
More than 200 people gathered Tuesday in Nashua for a free Thanksgiving meal at Harbor Care with food provided by the Common Man.
The event included the state's highest-ranking elected officials serving up turkey and stuffing.
"Thanksgiving is such an important time of year, and to be here with Harbor Care and to see all the volunteers and to be able to serve a wonderful meal from the Common Man, it's just great to be with people and share blessings," said Gov. Kelly Ayotte.
Ayotte dished up the greens while U.S. Sen. Jeanne Shaheen served the stuffing and U.S. Sen. Maggie Hassan ladled the gravy.
