BELOIT, Wis. (WKOW) -- Beloit City Manager Jerry Gabrielatos announced his resignation on Tuesday, effective December 5, 2025.
Gabrielatos shared his decision in a letter to the community .
"After thoughtful consideration, I concluded that this is the right time for me to pursue the next chapter in my professional career," Gabrielatos said. He wrote about the demands of managing a city and his personal and professional readiness for change.
"Serving the City of Beloit has been a privilege," Gabrielatos said. He thanked the residents, city council, and staff for their support and collaboration.
Beloit City Council President Kevin Leavy expressed appreciation for Gabrielatos' service and wished him well in his future.
"We thank Jerry for his service to the City of Beloit," Leavy said.
