Caleb Wilson and Henri Veesaar battered and bullied St. Bonaventure, embracing the Bonnies’ physicality in UNC basketball’ s 85-70 victory at the Fort Myers Tip-Off in Florida.

Ranked No. 17 in the USA TODAY Sports coaches poll and No. 16 in the AP Top 25, the Tar Heels (6-0) have started the year with six straight wins for the first time since the 2016-17 season, which ended with UNC winning the national championship.

UNC had a two-point lead at halftime before blitzing the previously unbeaten Bonnies (5-1) with a 50-point second half at Suncoast Credit Union Arena. Veesaar and Wilson combined for 44 points and 25 rebounds in a dominant interior effort to tip off Thanksgiving week.
