WEST BATON ROUGE PARISH, La. (WAFB) - Emergency officials are responding after a vehicle reportedly hit a person on Tuesday night, Nov. 25.

According to the West Baton Rouge Sheriff’s Office, the crash happened on Highway 1 near American Way.

Officials said the southbound lane of Highway 1 is closed at Beaulieu Lane, and Air Med has been called.
