KENTUCKY. (WSAZ) - Kentucky’s Attorney General announced a proposed settlement that would limit the rate hikes for some power customers in our region.
The settlement is with the East Kentucky Power Cooperative, which serves Big Sandy Rural Electric and Grayson Rural Electric.
The attorney general says that while this will not eliminate rate hikes, it will limit them to less than a $5 increase on monthly bills.
