SUMMIT COUNTY, Ohio (WOIO) - An operator shortage at Akron METRO RTA may cause some trips to be delayed or canceled on certain routes, according to a social media post made by the transit authority.

RTA said they are doing their best to meet riders’ needs and apologize for any inconvenience they may experience.

There was no information on the reason for the operator shortage.
