(KBTX) - Status quo held in this week’s College Football Playoff rankings for the top five teams, including Texas A&M.
For a fourth consecutive week, the Aggies (11-0) come in at No. 3, behind No. 1 Ohio State (11-0) and No. 2 Indiana (11-0).
A&M is coming off a 48-0 win over Football Bowl Subdivision Samford (1-11), with the Lone Star Showdown against No. 16 Texas looming Friday.
The Buckeyes handled Rutgers 42-9 Saturday, while the Hoosiers were on an open week.
Since the initial rankings on Nov. 4, a debate over A&M’s strength of resume and strength of schedule has been a feature of playoff dialog.
