A woman from Florida, who began a relationship with her mother's boyfriend following her mother's death from breast cancer, ended up stabbing him to death after they got married.

Danielle Redlick confessed to killing her husband and former step-father, Michael Redlick, 65, in self-defence on 11 January 2019. However, her daughter has expressed fear for her brother's safety, describing Danielle as wearing an "incredible mask". At the age of 22, Danielle started dating Michael, then 39, claiming they grew close after her mother succumbed to "aggressive breast cancer," according to Law and Crime .
