The Blue Springs Police Department has issued a Silver Advisory Alert for a missing woman.

Police say 69-year-old Teri L. Case was last seen in the 900 block of SW Eagle Court Tuesday night around 9 p.m.

Police say she has dementia and multiple sclerosis.

Police say she left the area on foot to an unknown direction.

Police say she left a goodbye letter with family.
