GOSHEN – State-appointed monitor Brian Sanvidge has vetoed the Orange County Industrial Development Agency’s financial incentives package for the proposed giant Amazon distribution center in the Town of Wawayanda.
In a formal resolution obtained by Mid-Hudson News, Sanvidge wrote that the IDA resolution approved on October 23 “relating to the OCIDA approval of the Scannell Properties #600, LLC and Amazon.com Services LLC project is not legally binding or effective and may not be reconsidered by OCIDA for at least ten days or until the next board meeting.”
