U.S. Sen. Tommy Tuberville (R-Auburn) told "Breitbart News Daily" on Tuesday that people who drive for a living in the United States must be proficient in English.

While discussing his UBER Act , which he introduced earlier this month, Tuberville explained that people have already been injured in crashes caused by foreign drivers who are unable to read road signs or understand the rules of the road.
