SAGINAW, MI — A Saginaw man is to spend the next few months in jail for crashing his truck into a bedroom, launching himself onto the home’s roof while narrowly avoiding killing a baby.
Jordan A. Albro, 30, appeared before Saginaw County District Judge M. Randall Jurrens for sentencing on Tuesday, Nov. 25. Albro first appeared before Jurrens for sentencing on Friday, Nov. 21, but the judge revoked his bond when Albro tested positive for drugs, causing him to spend the intervening days in jail.
It was the second time Albro forfeited his $500 bail by not following bond conditions since his arraignment in October 2024.
Albro declined to speak when Jurrens gave him the chance before imposing sentence. The judge sentenced him to 93 days in the local jail with credit for six days already serv
