Details of Rachel Reeves' Autumn Budget have been revealed ahead of time today following a leak to the OBR's fiscal report.

Minimum wage increase - The minimum wage will be increased next year, giving a pay rise to millions of workers. The National Living Wage will rise to £12.71 from next April for eligible workers aged 21 and over. The National Minimum Wage rate for 18-20-year-olds will increase to £10.85 an hour.
Lock on income tax thresholds - Income tax thresholds will be frozen, a change which will result in 780,000 more basic-rate, 920,000 more higher-rate and 4,000 more additional-rate income tax payers in 2029/30, a
