A Barrhead family have gone viral after their Christmas light show, which was set up in memory of a beloved family member, went viral. Michelle McGhee says the family have spent since January planning the spectacle, which features thousands of synchronised lightbulbs.

The mum, 42, uploaded a clip of the light show to the techno tune Bits & Pieces onto TikTok , and it has since received more than 400,000 views, with people all over the world appreciating the effort that's gone into the display. The family are looking to raise money for The Beatson Cancer Charity in memory of Michelle's late father-in-law, and big Christmas lover, Jim, who sadly died from the disease.
