Cleveland Browns rookie quarterback Shedeur Sanders, fresh off his first start that had President Donald Trump going crazy, is getting set to play in his second start against the San Francisco 49ers.
Playing against the 49ers’ defense is bad enough, but it looks like he will have to fight the elements as well.
