CLEVELAND, Ohio — After breathing some life into a previously comatose offense in his first start, rookie quarterback Shedeur Sanders gets his second NFL start Sunday at home against the San Francisco 49ers (8-4). Sanders gets the start even though Dillon Gabriel is out of the concussion protocol.

The 49ers defense should put up more of a fight than the Las Vegas Raiders did last week, even though star linebacker Fred Warner and defensive end Nick Bosa are out for the season. Sanders will have a chance to show that his first start wasn’t a fluke.
