A glass-fronted modern mansion in Lake Oswego sold for $9.45 million in September. The completely redesigned, 6,140-square-foot house has see-through walls that slide away to access the property’s nearly 280 feet of private shoreline.
Terry Sprague of LUXE Forbes Global Properties, who represented the seller in that transaction, also closed a $9 million Lake Oswego deal in October for a half-acre waterfront estate .
Inside the 9,273-square-foot modern mansion is a room designed to display a car on a rotating turntable and a gym wall signed by members of the Dallas Cowboys, who once stayed at the property for $25,000 a night.
