SAN ANTONIO — The Children's Ballet of San Antonio is once again bringing the Nutcracker to life on the Lila Cockrell Theatre in downtown San Antonio.

The unique production runs Dec. 12-14 and tells the classic story of the Nutcracker prince coming to life and leading Clara through the Land of Sweets in her dreams ahead of Christmas morning. The show features young dancers from across the city, including young adult rising star ballerinas in training for a professional career. The show also includes other styles of dance, gymnastics, and lavish costumes and scenery, as well as the iconic Tchaikovsky score.
