SAN ANTONIO — Families are invited to saddle up for the season at the Briscoe Western Art Museum ’s annual Cowboy Christmas.

The event is held from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Sunday, December 7. From 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., Cowboy Santa will arrive in his Western best, ready for free photos and holiday wishes from young cowboys, cowgirls, vaqueros, and vaqueras. With hands-on crafts and plenty of Western-themed fun, the Briscoe transforms into a festive holiday stop along the River Walk. Guests are encouraged to register online in advance to help the museum prepare for crafts, supplies, and visits with Cowboy Santa.
