Holiday lights shows are glowing in Alabama — and please don’t tell us it’s too early for a dose of seasonal sparkle. Here are 20 glittering events meant to delight the eyes, warm the heart and bring cheer during the Christmas season.

What to expect: Holiday light show with drive-thru nights, walking nights, dog-friendly nights tram rides and sensory hours. Event includes icicle forest, concessions, Christmas music and more.

When: Nov. 26, 28-30; Dec. 3-24, 26-31. Hours vary depending on the day, but timed admission slots generally start at at 4:30 p.m. and run through 9 p.m. The site closes at 10 p.m. See the full schedule here .
