The automotive group co-owned by former Alabama coach Nick Saban has just made another multi-million dollar acquisition.

Dream Motor Group has acquired Toyota of Montgomery and Lexus of Montgomery for $151 million.

According to a release, Pinnacle Mergers & Acquisitions, a dealership advisory firms, brokered the deal.

Dream Motor Group is Saban’s venture with automotive executive Joe Agresti. The company currently has a portfolio of nine dealerships in Alabama, Louisiana, Texas, Florida and Tennessee.

The deal is also the 10th completed transaction between Pinnacle Mergers & Acquisitions President Mike Sims and entrepreneur Brett Sutherlin, CEO of Sutherlin Automotive Group.
